摘要
江苏省产业的转型升级引起市场对劳动力素质需求发生变化,从而引起对高职商贸类专业人才需求的变化。为适应产业的转型升级需求,江苏省高职商贸类专业人才必须结合产业转型升级,创新专业设置,明确商贸类专业人才培养定位,探寻商贸类专业人才培养模式,构建面向市场的动态课程体系,以项目为导向、任务为载体,校企联手,共育特色,深度合作。
In Jiangsu province,the industry transformation causes great changes in quality requirements of labor force,and also causes the changes in demand for higher vocational business and trade talents.In order to adapt to the industry transformation and upgrading,business and trade specialties of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province should innovate the specialty setting,identify the positioning of business and trade talents training,and explore the talents training model,so as to construct dynamic market –oriented course system and cooperate with enterprises to cultivates talents with vocational features.
