摘要
介绍邵长荣教授治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺动脉高压的经验。认为其主要病机为肾阳虚、痰瘀阻滞,治宜补肾活血、泻肺祛痰,选用经验方三桑活血汤治疗。并举验案1则。
This article introduces Professor Shao Changrong＇s clinical experience in treating pulmonary arterial hypertension of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.He suggests that its main pathogenesis is deficiency of kidney-yang with blood stagnation and phlegm-stasis,and his experiential prescription（＂Sansang Huoxue Decoction＂） can significantly reinforce kidney,purge the lung and remove phlegm-stasis.One case was presented for illustration.
