银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗痰瘀阻滞型冠心病心绞痛 被引量：8

摘要 目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 282例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成两组。治疗组服用银丹心脑通软胶囊(每次4粒,每日3次)和单硝酸异山梨酯等。对照组单纯服用单硝酸异山梨酯等。两组疗程均为8周,观察临床症状、心电图、血液流变学和血脂变化。结果治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为90.14%,显著高于对照组(75.71%,P<0.05);心电图疗效总有效率为82.0%,显著优于对照组(70.2%,P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊能明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者的心绞痛症状、心电图指标。
