摘要
建立旋光法测定地塞米松磷酸钠滴眼液的含量。方法 :用旋光法测定地塞米松磷酸钠滴眼液的浓度 ,并将测定结果与高效液相色谱法及紫外分光光度法比较。结果 :在 6 0～ 2 0 0mg·ml-1范围内 ,旋光度与浓度呈线性关系 ,r =0 .9996。方法回收率平均为 99.4% ,RSD =1.6 8% (n =5 ) ,与高效液相色谱法结果相符合。结论 :本法简便、快速、准确 ,适用于医院制剂的快速检测。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method using polarimetric analysis,for determining the concentration of dexamethasone sodium phosphate eye drops.METHODS:The concentration of dexamethasone sodium phosphate eye drops was determined by polarimetric analysis and compared with HPLC and UV-spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The assay linearity was determined over the range of 60～200 mg·ml -1,r= 0.999 6.The mean recovery was 99.4%,RSD= 1.68%(n=5).It was consistent with HPLC.CONCLUSIONS:It is simple、rapid and accurate of analysis for hospital medicine.
