摘要
目的通过建立HPLC法测定复方新霉素溶液中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:kromasil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.34%磷酸二氢钾溶液(60∶40);检测波长:242nm;柱温:20℃;流速:0.7mL.min^-1。结果地塞米松磷酸钠的含量在0.4128-2.0640μg范围内线性关系良好。回归方程:Y=2×10^6X-11264,r=0.9999,加样回收率平均值为100.2%。结论本方法快速、结果准确,可用于质量控制。
OBJVECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in compound Prescirption Neomycin solution.METHODS The high-performance liquid chromatography,Column:kromasil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),Mobile phase:methanol0.34% KH2PO4 solution(60∶40);Detection wavelength:242nm;The temper of oven:20℃;Flow rate:0.7mL·min^-1.Results:the content of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in range of 0.4128~2.0640μg a good linear relationship.The regression equation:Y=2×10^6X-11264,r=0.9999,Recoveries averaged is 100.2%.CONCLUSION The HPLC method is quick and accurate,can be used for the quality control.
