摘要
比较鼻骨骨膜与鼻背深筋膜生物力学特性的差异 ,为隆鼻术选择适宜的假体置入层次选择提供科学依据。方法 将 2 0例新鲜成人尸体随机分成 2组 ,分别测定鼻骨骨膜与鼻背深筋膜的断裂强度、应力 -应变、应力松弛等生物力学指标 ,计算机自动描记应力 -应变曲线及应力松弛曲线。结果 鼻骨骨膜的断裂强度为 (3 .970 4± 0 .36 0 7)mPa ,鼻背深筋膜的断裂强度为 (2 .780 9± 0 .370 4)mPa ,鼻骨骨膜的断裂强度大于鼻背深筋膜 (P <0 .0 1) ,鼻骨骨膜的应力 -应变曲线较鼻背深筋膜左移。鼻骨骨膜的应力松弛程度小于鼻背深筋膜。结论 鼻骨骨膜较鼻背深筋膜具更大的抗张强度 ,对假体具有更牢固、持久的固定作用。
Objective To present scientific basis for the selection of the layer at nasal dorsum with the prosthesis inserted in during augmentation rhinoplasty. Methods In 20 fresh cadavers the tensile strength, stress-strain, and stress-relaxation curves of the nasal bone periosteum and nasal dorsum deep fascia were recorded automatically by computer. Results The tensile strength of the nasal bone periosteum is 3.9704±0.3607 mPa, and that of nasal dorsum deep fascia is 2.7809 ± 0.3704 mPa. In comparison the tensile strength of the nasal periosteum is stronger than that of the nasal dorsum fascia ( P< 0.01), the stress-strain curve of the nasal bone periosteum is more on the left side than that of the nasal dorsum deep fascia; and the stress relaxation of the nasal bone periosteum is less than that of nasal dorsum deep fascia. Conclusion The nasal bone priosteum has stronger anti-tension and more stable and lasting fixing effect of prosthesis than nasal dorsum deep fascia .
