摘要
隆鼻术是常见美容手术之一，自１９８７年３月至１９９４年３月应用固体硅胶模型行隆鼻术５２８０例，出现并发症１１２例，占２．１％。并发症主要包括歪斜及漂浮，硅胶外露、穿孔及感染、外观过高或过低、滑车上神经受压症和其它原因所造成的心理障碍、过敏等。对上述并发症均进行了处理，效果满意，同时对并发症的发生原因和处理原则进行了探讨。
Auginentation of nose with solid silicone is one of the common cosmetic surgery,fromMarch l982 to March l994,112 cases had some complications in 5280 such operations(2.1%)thesswere distorsion,floating and protrusion of the prosthesis;allergic reaction,infection and pressuresymptom of supratrochlear nerve and other unsatisfactorg results,such as the appearanee of a too highor low location of the prosthesis.The occuring cause and managing principle for the complications weredisscussed in present article.
