地塞米松诱导大鼠胰岛素抵抗机制的研究 被引量:2

摘要 观察了大鼠肌注地塞米松 1周和 3周后的空腹血糖、血清胰岛素及血浆胰高血糖素、cAMP、cGMP水平。结果是经地塞米松处理后 ,1周组和 3周组的大鼠血清胰岛素明显高于对照组 ;1周组血糖浓度无显著变化 ,3周组血糖浓度明显升高 ;血浆胰高血糖素水平无明显变化 ,未被高血糖、高胰岛素所抑制 ;1周组血浆cGMP明显下降 ; The article detected the levels of fasting plasma glucose, serum insulin, plasma glucagon, plasma cAMP and plasma cGMP in rat after dexamethasone injection for one-week group and three-week group, respectively. The results showed that the serum insulin levels both in one-week group and three-week group were markedly higher than in the control group. The plasma glucose levels were normal in one-week group, but significantly increased in three-week group. The plasma glucose levels were normal, not inhibited by the elevated plasma glucagon and insulin. There was a marked decrease in plasma cGMP levels in one-week group, whereas there was no significant difference in plasma cAMP levels among the three groups.
