摘要
本文采用放射免疫分析法动态监测 593例孕 17～ 4 1周的正常孕妇血清游离雌三醇(FE3)的含量 ,得出正常孕妇血清FE3值随孕周增加而升高的规律 (与既往报道相符 ) ,建立不同孕期FE3正常值。妊娠期FE3主要由胎儿 -胎盘单位合成 ,因此动态监测孕妇血清FE3的含量 ,是了解胎儿 -胎盘功能正常与否的重要指标之一 。
The serum free estriol levels in 593 normal pregnant women (17～41 weeks) were dynamically monitored using radioimmunoassay. The results suggested that the serum free estriol level was rised along with the increase of pregnant weeks (the circumstances conform to the past reports). A refernece value for serum free estriol in normal pregnant women was built in different periods. Because serum free estriol was composed by fetus-placenta unit, dynamic monitoring serum free estriol content in pregnancy was one of the important targets of understanding fetus-placenta normal functions, so it also has important clinical value.
