摘要
目前,独立学院还处于发展的初级阶段和关键时期,很多实际问题与困难制约着学院的可持续发展,生存与发展迫切需要独立开展办学特色研究,充分认识自己的现实条件和所处的地域环境,明确自身存在的价值和优势,准确为自己进行定位,最大限度和经济社会发展紧密结合起来,从学校实际出发,创新人才培养模式,形成自己的办学特色,实现独立学院的可持续发展。
Currently,independent college is still in its early stage of development and under critical period,where there are a lot of practical problems and difficulties restricting its sustainable development.In order to survive and develop,there is a pressing need for independent college to carry out the study on school-running characteristics,be fully aware of its own real-world conditions and geographical environment,clear its inherent values and advantages,accurately orientate its direction,be closely combined with economic and social development,and practically innovative talents training mode to form its own school-running characteristics and achieve sustainable development.
