摘要
目的:探索沙盘游戏意象疗愈体验的内容结构及其测量。方法:通过自行编制的沙盘游戏意象疗愈体验问卷,对沙盘游戏治疗体验者进行问卷调查,获得了434份有效问卷。结果:探索性因素分析表明,沙盘游戏意象疗愈体验的内容结构由无意识涌现、意识感受激活、记忆再认知三个维度构成。该模型在验证性因素分析中得到了验证。结论:本研究所揭示的沙盘游戏意象疗愈体验的三维度模型具有心理分析意义;所编制问卷的信、效度良好。
Objective： To explore the structure and content, and to develop a questionnaire of the healing experience of the images in Sandplay therapy. Methods： Convenient sampling method was used to select 457 clients who received Sandplay therapy before. The formal questionnaire was formed according to the result of item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. And then with another sample, the reliability and validity test were conducted. Results： Exploratory factor analysis results showed that the healing experience of the images in Sandplay therapy included three dimensions of the emergence of unconscious, the activation of conscious feeling and the re-interpretation of memory. The questionnaire contained 22 items and it had good reliability. Confirmatory factor analysis results indicated that the 3-dimensional model structure had good validity. Conclusion： The 3-dimensional model of the healing experience of the images in Sandplay therapy has validity of psychoanalytical meaning. The questionnaire of the healing experience of the images in Sandplay therapy has good reliability and validity.
