摘要
目的:在强迫症箱庭特征研究的基础上,进一步考察箱庭疗法对强迫症状大学生治疗的过程特征及有效性。方法:采用个案研究法对一名强迫症状突出的大学生进行连续12次的箱庭治疗,综合使用访谈法和问卷法对治疗的过程和有效性进行评。结果:个案的箱庭治疗经历了问题呈现、生活再体验、自我探索、解决成长四个阶段。经过箱庭治疗后,个案的强迫症状减轻,自我矛盾感降低,对自我的认识更加客观、理性和接纳。结论:箱庭疗法能有效改善大学生的强迫症状,对强迫症状的治疗有其特有的治疗机制。
Objective: On the basis of sandplay characterisics of undergraduates with obsessive-compulsive symptom,to explore process and effects of sandplay therapy on OCS of an undergraduate,and supply detailed and special information for sandplay therapy for OCD.Methods: An undergraduate boy measured by Padua Scale and SCL-90 was given 12 sessions of individual sandplay therapy.Results: The process of the boy's sandtrays underwent four stages: presentation,reexperience,self-exploration and development.His obsessive-compulsive symptoms became less severe and self-awareness became more congruent,objective,rational and acceptable.Conclusion: Sandplay therapy is effective for improving OCS and has its own therapeutic mechanism.
