摘要
用乙酸异戊酯作萃取剂萃取Fe^3+,分离富集后用火焰原子吸收法直接进行有机相测定。实验确定了最佳的化学反应条件和仪器工作条件。在选定的工作条件下,检出限为0.11mg/L,RSD为2.69%~7.18%,用于实际样品的测定,加标回收率为93%~105%。
Fe was extracted with the help of isomyl acetate; it was separated and collected to go through organic phase determination directly by flame atomic absorption. The optimum chemical reaction condition was established and the appropriate instruments were prepared for this test. Under selected working condition and with the determination limit of 0.11 mg/L, and 1.69% --7.18% RSD, the actual sample was tested, the recovery rate of adding standard solution was between 93 % and 105 %.
