摘要
本文研究了在 p H=3.0的酸性条件下 ,利用铁催化过氧化氢氧化灿烂绿的反应 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铁的新方法。方法检出限为 4× 10 -9g/ m L ,线性范围内 0 .1— 1.0μg/ 2 5m L ,ε=2 .50×10 4 cm-1· L· mol-1,用于水样中痕量铁的测定 。
Fe(Ⅲ) can catalyze the reaction of H 2O 2 oxidizing Brillant Green in an acid solution(pH=3).On this basis,a new sensitive method to the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) is established.The detection limit of this method is 4×10 -9 g/mL,and the suitable concentration range of determination is 0.1—1.0 μg/25mL,and the ε is 2.50×10 4 cm -1 ·L·mol -1 .It was applied to the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) in water,and the result is satisfactory.
