摘要
国内名称相同的教师教育学院在设立的直接起因、机构性质和功能定位等方面存在差异。中央教育政策、地方政府推动、院校自身行为是"教师教育学院现象"产生的动力。师范院校的教师教育特色主要体现在对教师教育领域所发挥的领导作用上,师范院校强化教师教育的根本之道在于促进机构发展、实现机构本质转型、注重高深学问探索,重建教师教育的知识基础。师范院校教师教育改革应以校内体制革新为突破口,探索建立"文理学院+教育学院"体制。
Teacher education colleges were founded with the same name , but their foun ding causes, organization attributes and function locations were different. The dynamics of "teacher education college phenomenon" originated from the central policy, local government thrust and institution choice. The characteristics of teacher education in normal colleges and universities lie in its leading role in teacher education. And the way to strengthen teacher education needs to promote the organization development, transform the organization essence, explore higher learning, and reconstruct the knowledge base of teacher education. The reform of teacher education should focus on the system innovation of colleges, and explore the system of "liberal college & teacher college".
