摘要
目的:研究布地奈德联用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入结合内服中药汤剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选择在本院就诊的100名过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为给予布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入结合内服中药汤剂治疗的观察组和布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗的对照组,判定过敏性鼻炎和过敏性哮喘的治疗效果、观察相关症状体征消失的时间、气道功能相关指标、活动状态以及生活质量。结果:观察组过敏性鼻炎和过敏性哮喘治疗总有效率均为96%,相关症状体征消失时间明显短于对照组,观察组FEV1体积、FEV1/FVC、PEF增加值、KPS评分、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、认知功能和总体生活质量评分明显高于对照组;PEF昼夜变异率明显低于对照组。结论:布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入结合内服中药汤剂治疗能够改善治疗效果和通气功能、缩短症状消失时间、提高活动状态和生活质量,具有积极的治疗意义。
Objective：To study the effects of Budesonide and salbutamol atomization inhalation combined with Chinese medicine decoction on treating allergic rhinitis. Methods：lO0 patients with allergic rhinitis were collected as study object and randomly divided into observation group which was given Budesonide and salbutamol atomization inhalation combined with Chinese medicine decoction and control group which was given Budesonide and salbutamol atomization inhalation. Then the curative effect of allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma, time of related symptoms disappeared, airway function in- dex,activity state and quality of life were observed. Results：The allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma total effective rate of observation group was 96% which was significantly better than that of control group. The related symptoms disappeared time was significantly shorter than that of control group. FEV1, FEV1/FVC and PEF values increased volume, KPS score, body function, mental function, social function, cognitive function and overall quality of life score were significantly higher than those of control group. PEF circadian variation rate was significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion： Budesonide and salbutamol atomization inhalation combined with Chinese medicine decoction can improve the therapeutic effect and ventilatory function,shorten symptoms disappeared time, improve activity status and quality of life and have a positive therapeutic significance,
