摘要
根据学术界对创新型人才培养工程的普遍理论和分析手段进行较为全面的了解后,认为目前学术界对创新型人才的培养具有狭义的概念,而从人本理论的角度,拓宽创新型人才培养过程的主要因素,并将其概括为"六性"。通过推导和验算,不仅说明"六性"在创新型人才培养过程中的重要性、必要性,并以实证研究为手段,量化"六性"在培养过程中的客观作用,并根据计算结果和客观分析,给出创新型人才培养工作的一个新思路,提出建议。
After understanding the universal theory and method in academic circles for the cultivation of innovative talents, the authors think that it is narrow. From the point of human nature, the authors increased the main factors in the process of the talents' cultivation, and summarized it as "Six Characteristics". Then through deduction and calculation, the authors not only explained the importance and necessity of "Six Characteristics", but also quantified the effect of "Six Characteristics". Finally according to the calculation results and the objective analysis, the authors created a new idea in the cultivating of innovative talents, and put forward proposals of their own.
