摘要
某动车组牵引梁上附件A7N01P-T4铝合金补强板发生断裂。通过宏观检查、金相检验、断口分析、化学成分分析及受力分析等,对裂纹性质及萌生原因进行了分析。结果表明:该牵引梁补强板的断裂为在各向拉应力作用下产生的脆性断裂。失效件材料内部存在较多含Fe、Si的杂质相沿板材轧制方向分布,其性硬且脆,杂质相脱落形成的孔洞缺陷成为裂纹源,裂纹在腐蚀及氢脆的作用下加速扩展,最终补强板断裂,断口显示层状撕裂的特征。
The 7N01P-T4 aluminum alloy traction beam reinforcement plate of a high-speed train cracked. The failure cause was analyzed by macro-observation, metallographic examination, section observation, chemical composition analysis and stress analysis. The results show that the fracture of the reinforcement plate is brittle fracture which is caused by tensile stress. A large amount of brittle and hard impurity phase which contains Fe and Si distributing along the rolling direction, holes defects caused by impurity phase become the crack source. The corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement can promote the growth of crack,the reinforcement plate fractures at last, which have a lamellar tearing fracture.
