摘要
由于分段式永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)的电感参数是随动子位置变化而变化的,提出分段式永磁直线同步电动机的三相不对称自感L(x0)和互感M(x0)系数的计算方法,导出考虑边端效应、计及磁路饱和影响时非线性、变参数的解析计算公式,得到考虑饱和影响时永磁直线同步电机电感参数间有:Ld<Lq<L1,有限元数值计算和样机的实测结果验证了解析分析的正确。所得结论适用于其他永磁直线同步电机的参数计算。
The inductances of segmental primary Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM) is variable with the position of the PM mover.The method applied to calculate asymmetric parameters L(x0) and M(x0) of the PMLSM were proposed.The derived analytical formulas reveal that non-linear,asymmetric and variable parameter of the primary when end effects and saturation were considered.The conclusion:LdLqL1 was obtained.The results calculated by FEM and measured by experiments show that the analytical formulas are suitable.The conclusion applies to other PMLSM.
