摘要
[目的]探讨实习中期护生人文关怀能力与同理心水平,明确两者之间的关系及影响人文关怀能力的因素,为改进临床教学方法,进一步提高实习护生人文关怀能力提供参考资料。[方法]采用实习护生人文关怀能力评价量表(HCANU)、Jefferson同理心量表-中文版(JSE-CV)对98名实习中期护生进行问卷调查。[结果]实习中期护生的人文关怀能力及同理心总体处于中上等水平,得分分别为(70.17±8.04)分和(105.86±13.41)分;其中,同理心与人文关怀能力总分及灌输信念和希望、人道及利他价值观、提供良好环境、促进情感交流4个维度呈正相关(P<0.01),且表现出较强的预测能力(P<0.05)。[结论]提高实习护生的同理心、改善实习环境、培养职业价值感等可有效提高其人文关怀能力,为建立人文关怀能力的临床培养路径提供了参考依据。
Objective:To probe into humanistic caring ability and empathy level of nursing students in midterm of clinical practice,and define the relationship between them and influencing factors of humanistic caring ability, so as to provide the reference materials for improving clinical teaching methods and further enhancing humanistic caring ability of nursing intern. Methods:A total of 98 nursing students in mid - term of clinical practice were evaluated with HCANU and JSE - CV. Results.. The humanistic caring ability and empathy level of the nursing students were upper - level, the scores were respective ( 70. 17 ± 8.04) and (105.86±13.41);the total score of humanistic caring ability and empathy were positive correlation with four dimensions including instill faith and hope, humanitarian and altruistic values, providing a good environment, and promoting the exchange of feelings (P〈0.01),and showed strong predictive ability (P〈0.05). Conclusion. To improve nursing students' empathy,improve the practice environment and cultivate a sense of professional values can effectively improve the humanistic caring ability and provide a reference for the establishment of clinical training path of hu- manistic caring abitity.
