有机酸脱硫添加剂在火力发电厂的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 有机酸脱硫添加剂作为第二代脱硫技术的一项改进措施,越来越多地在国内湿法烟气脱硫电厂得到应用,特别是在燃煤品质短期内变化大、硫分高的电厂。国内有机酸脱硫添加剂普遍是以DBA、甲酸等有机酸为主料复配的添加剂,其功效主要体现在提高循环浆液的缓冲能力,从而提高脱硫效率,同时提高石灰石的利用率,降低液气比,提升石膏品质,显著降低脱硫电耗等,具有明显的节能降耗效果。 Organic acids desulfurization additives, as an improvement for the second generation desulfurization technology, become more and more popular in domestic wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) power plants, especially the plants suffered from coal quality fluctuation and high sulfur coal. The organic acids desulfurization additives generally are the compounds with DBA, formic acid and other organic acid as the main component; it can effectively increase the buffering capacity of circulating slurry, improve the desulfurization efficiency, increases the utilization rate of the limestone, decreases the liquid-gas ratio and increases the gypsum quality. This technology also is energy-saving and environmental friendly for the significantly reduction of the power consumption in the desulfurization process.
