摘要
结合当前新一轮医改和要求促进基本公共服务均等化的背景,介绍了远程医疗的内涵及重要意义,并从观念认识、政策法规、标准规范等几个方面分析了制约远程医疗发展的主要原因,同时结合我国实际情况提出了有针对性的政策建议。
Based on the background of-the current new medical system reform and demand for promoting the basic public services equalization, the paper introduces the connotation and significance of telemedicine, and analyzes the main factors restricting development of telemedicine regarding understanding, policies and regulations as well as standards. Finally, it proposes some corresponding suggestions in view of China＇s actuality.
