摘要
远程医疗可远距离提供医疗、信息、培训等服务,共享大医院的专家、医疗资源,平衡不同地区医疗资源的分布不均,缓解老百姓"看病难、看病贵"问题,对偏远地区提供大医院的医疗支持。论述了会诊中心及其系统的硬件架构、软件的设计和构成,以及系统在运行过程中的使用流程,并对远程会诊中心的特色进行了总结,对未来发展进行了展望。
Telemedicine can provide medical treatment, information, training and other services ,share large hospital experts and medical resources, and balance the different parts of the uneven distribution of medical resources to relief the problem of the difficulty in seeing a doctor and the high cost of getting a treatment, and to provide medical experts＇ support for the western and remote areas. This paper discusses the hardware architecture and the design and composition of software in the Tele-consultation Center and the operation process of the system. Moreover, the characteristics of the Remote Medical Consultation Center have been summarized, and the future plans have been prospected.
