预测心房颤动射频消融术后复发的最新进展 被引量：3

Review of Predictors of Atrial Fibrillation Recurrence after Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation

摘要 目前导管消融术成为治疗心房颤动的一种有效手段。然而,术后复发率较高。成功预测影响心房颤动术后复发的因素,可以筛选适应证更佳的患者进行治疗,提高手术成功率。最新研究显示,超重/肥胖、代谢综合征、心包脂肪组织及阻塞性呼吸睡眠暂停综合征是预测心房颤动射频消融术后复发的独立危险因素。 Radiofrequency catheter ablation （ RFCA ） has been an effective therapy for the treatment of atrial fibrillation （Af）. How- ever, the recurrence of Af is high even with the use of RFCA. Recent studies have evaluated ppssible predictive risk factors associated with the recurrence of Af after RFCA. The results indicate that obesity, metabolic syndrome, epicatlial adipose tissue volumes and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome are each independent predictors of the recurrence of Af after RFCA.
