摘要
缺血性心脏病已成为严重损害人类健康和危及生命的主要疾病之一。近年来通过冠状动脉造影与体表心电图比较,使心电图早期判断冠状动脉病变位置成为可能。现对心电图诊断心肌缺血与冠状动脉造影改变的相关性,及其对缺血相关冠状动脉的预测价值作一综述。
Ischemic heart disease is one of the main diseases that make serious damage to human health and lives. In recent years, the research data and information obtained through the comparison of coronary angiography and surface electrocardiogram make the early judg- ment of lesion position that depend on electrocardiogram possible. We summarize the relevance of electrocardiogram which diagnoses myocar- dial ischemia and coronary angiography and the predictive value toward ischemia-related coronary artery now.
