摘要
心电图是临床上常用的检查方法,而冠状动脉造影则是确诊冠心病的必需手段,但因后者系侵袭性操作,且价格偏贵,故在实际应用中有其局限性。如果能通过比较两种检查手段的最终检查结果,探寻两种检查方法的内在关联性,提高心电图的参考价值,以期用最简易的心电图检查为临床医生提供尽可能多的临床信息,则会为进一步制订治疗策略提供更多帮助,对临床工作大有裨益。而本综述正是以冠状动脉造影最终结果为依据,总结出心电图对心肌缺血定性、定位甚至定量方面的参考价值,为临床工作提供一定的帮助。
Electrocardiogram is commonly used in the clinic work,and coronary arteriography is the essential method for final diagnosis of coronary heart disease.But because coronary arteriography is a method which has infestation for the body and is costly,so that it could not used thoroughly.We hope to find the correlaton between electrocardiogram and coronary arteriography by analysis the both results,that would help clinic doctors to make the further use of electrocardiogram and make the treat work more efficient.This overview stands on the results of coronary arteriography to analysis the results of electrocardiogram.And it finds out the rules about qulitation diagnosis,allocation diagnosis and even the quantitation diagnosis for the heart muscle ischemia.
