颅内压监测在弥漫性轴索损伤治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨颅内压监测在弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)治疗中的应用。方法收集81例DAI患者的临床资料,比较应用颅内压监测组与未应用颅内压监测组的预后。结果颅内压监测组的病死率、预后均优于无颅内压监测组(P均<0.05)。结论颅内压监测对DAI患者的治疗具有重要意义,能更加直观、准确地了解患者颅内压的变化,从而及时调整治疗方案,降低病死率,改善预后。
