摘要 应用局部通风提高掘进工作面空气质量是非常普遍的,局部通风的通风效果和经济性与风筒的选择密切相关。从风筒的购置费用、通过风筒局部通风消耗的电费及风筒日常的安装维护费用等最低经济条件下,定量分析了使用经济风筒直径在局部通风系统中的优点,并且得出了经济风筒直径计算式。通过实例验证了经济风筒直径计算式的正确性,获得了工作面所需风量与经济风筒直径的关系。在独头巷道的断面尺寸允许条件下,尽可能采用经济风筒直径进行局部通风,能降低通风能耗、提高风量,达到较好的通风效果。 It was a very widespread method to improve air quality of working face in mines by local ventilation. Not only the ventilation effect but also economy in local ventilation were related' to diameter of ventilation duct. The cal- culation of optimum economy diameter air tube was educed on the condition that not only the purchase of air tube, but also the power rate of local ventilation by air tube, as well as the cost of installation and maintenance of air tube every day were floor price in this paper. A lot of advantages on applying optimum economy diameter air duct in lo- cal ventilation were quantitatively analyzed in the aspects of the purchase of air tube, the power rate of local ventila- tion by air tube, and the cost of installation and maintenance of air tube every day. The calculation of optimum e- conomy diameter was validated as correct and accuracy based on the example of local ventilation in the mine, and the relation of input air in digging face with duct diameter was established. It was obtained that optimum economy diameter air duct was as far as possible used in the single entry permission under section size of mine tunnel. The local ventilation by optimum economy diameter duct could reduce energy consumption and improve air flow to a- chieve better ventilation effect.
