摘要
根据1978—2008年我国92个大中型金属矿山通风系统建设基本状况的分析研究,论述了各种通风系统类型的创新:即多级机站通风方式、子域分区——单元子系统通风方式;建立各种类型的中段通风网路;矿井入风流预热与预冷技术;矿井通风资源的合理利用;矿用空气幕调控技术;采场无密闭辅扇调节采场供风;矿用节能风机;通风系统综合测评规范化等。取得了显著的技术效果和节能效益,为矿山节能做出了重要贡献。初步形成了我国比较完整的金属矿山矿井通风的理论体系和独具特色的矿井通风技术,构成通风系统建设创新发展的科学基础。
Based on analysis of basic status of ventilation system construction of 92 large and medium-sized metal mines in China from 1978 to 2008, the innovations of various ventilation systems are discussed, including multiple-stage ventilator station ventilation mode, subfield subarea ventilation mode of unit subsystem; building middle stage ventilation network of various types; preheating and precooling technology of mine downcast air; rational utilization of mine ventilation resource; control of mine air curtain; control of unsealed auxiliary blower fan for air supply of stope; mine energy-saving blower fan ; standardization of comprehensive test of ventilation system. The innovations have achieved significant technical effects and energy-saving benefits and make an important contribution to energy-saving of mines. It preliminarily forms relatively complete theoretic system of mine ventilation of metal mines and unique mine ventilation technology in China and makes up the scientific base of innovation development of ventilation system construction.
