摘要
团队知识整合是团队学习的重要过程,是组织知识管理的核心环节。从高科技企业的实际情境出发,结合知识管理理论以及实际调研,对团队知识整合方式的内涵与过程作了清晰的界定,明确了团队知识整合方式的构成体系,即系统式整合与协调式整合。在此基础上,编制了团队知识整合方式的测量量表,通过对来自高科技企业不同团队的279名成员的问卷调查,检验该量表具有良好的信度和效度,为进一步的实证研究奠定了基础。
Team knowledge integration is the important process of team learning and the key link of organization knowledge management. From the context of high-tech enterprise and based on related theoretical researches and field study, the pa- per did distinctly definition for the content and process of team knowledge integration mode, and did analysis for its con- struct system, namely systematic knowledge integration mode and coordination knowledge integration mode. The paper developed the scale of team knowledge integration mode and tested its reliability and validity by the samples collected from high-tech enterprise.
