摘要
旋风分离器作为褐煤干燥提质设备的主要组成部分,内部有着复杂的湍流流场,而且在内部温度很高的条件下,其他试验无法进行。为了解决这一问题,应用Fluent数值模拟软件,对旋风分离器在褐煤分离提质过程中的流场状态进行了分析研究,从而掌握旋风分离器在分离过程中的流场形态,为旋风分离器的设计和改进提供了理论依据。
As the important part of lignite upgrade equipment , cyclone separator has com- plex flow field of Turbulence Flow and temperature of internal is very high, so other tests cannot conduct. To solve this problem, Fluent numerical simulation software has been used for the re- search on flow field when upgrade lignite is separating. Flow field has been obtained,which pro- vide theory basis for design and improve cyclone separator.
