摘要
论述了-0.5mm细粒级高硫煤在复合物理力场下所进行的脱硫试验,并采用Design-Expert6.0进行了正交试验设计和试验结果分析,得出了脱黄铁矿硫综合效率与不同操作变量之间的二因素交互关系模型,即2FI模型,分析了不同操作因素对脱黄铁矿硫效率的交互影响,指出给料速度和入料浓度的交互作用对脱黄铁矿硫综合效率的影响最大.并进一步对试验方案进行了优化,实现了脱黄铁矿硫综合效率达86.90%.
Desulphurization experimental carried on under compounding the physics force field was described for -0. 5 mm fine particle of high sulphur coal, the experiment factorial plan of desulfarization by centrifugal gravity Falcon separator was designed and its results were analyzed by using Design - Expert 6. 0 software, and the 2 - factor interaction relation model between comprehensive desulphurization efficiency of pyrite sulphur and different operation variable was drawn, i. e. 2FI model, and the 2 - factor interaction on pyrite desulphurization efficiency of the operation factors differently was analyzed, and the interaction on pyrite desulphurization efficiency of feed rate and feed concentration is significant, the optimization test condition for desulfarization was 6. 0, and comprehensive desulphurisation efficiency of 86. 90% can be achieved.
