摘要
随着经济、技术和社会的快速发展,基于二维平面的、以地表权利为核心的传统二维地籍已经不能满足我国地籍管理的需要,建立三维地籍成为了解决这一问题的必然选择。本文介绍了三维地籍的概念和特点,提出了建立三维地籍在技术、法律和经济方面存在的问题,总结了相对的解决方法。
With the rapid development of economy,technology and society,traditional 2D cadastre which based on 2D plane and the core of which is surface rights can not meet the needs of our cadastral management,So 3D cadastre become an inevitable choice for solving this problem.This paper introduce the concept and characteristics of 3D cadastre,propose technical,legal and economic problems of establishment of 3D cadastre and sum up the relative solution.
