摘要
3维地籍管理模式是现代地籍管理的必然趋势,能够适应新形势下城市空间立体开发的需要。本文回顾了地籍管理发展的历程,探讨了3维地籍管理的必要性,总结了3维空间数据模型的研究成果,对OO3D模型进行扩展,提出了一种面向地籍对象的3维数据模型CO3D,最后给出了CO3D模型结构与数据组织方式。
As an inevitable trend in the cadastre management procedure, the 3D cadastre management model can meet the needs of urban space multiple utilization. After reviewing the history of cadastre management, the necessary of 3D cadastre management is discussed. Then, research results of 3D data model are reviewed, and a cadastre-oriented 3D data model （C03D for short）, which extends the OO3D, is proposed. Finally, the structure and data organization approach of CO3D are presented in detail.
