摘要
在盆栽和田间条件下测定了泡囊丛枝 (VA)菌根真菌 Glomusmosseae和根瘤菌双接种对翼豆生长的亲和力和有效性。与对照相比 ,接种 VA菌根真菌可增加结瘤数、鲜瘤重和固氮酶活性。植株生物量和根部含磷量也显著增加。结果证明 。
Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorriza (VAM) fungal strain Glomus mosseae was tested for efficiency and compatibility in promoting growth of wing bean ( Psophocarpus tetragonglobua) in association with Rhizobium. Mycorrhizal inoculation increased number of nodules, fresh weight of nodules, nitrogenase activities. The inoculated plants showed a significant increase in their biomass and phosphorus contents of the roots as well. Inoculation of the plants with four different Rhizobium strains enhanced growth and biomass compared with non\|inoculation control. The results confirmed the importance of studying the dual inoculation with VAM and diazotrophicus for improving growth of plants.
