摘要
针对现有船舶交通管理系统及被动防船撞装置在内河通航桥梁防撞的局限性,以及解决水运交通快速发展与船、桥相撞事故频发矛盾的迫切性,利用红外和可见光成像探测的互补性,建立了桥梁防船撞主动预警系统,提出了基于多特征自适应融合跟踪的航迹预测Kalman滤波方法。研究结果表明:基于红外/可见光/激光复合探测及多源数据融合方法可以实现桥梁防船撞主动预警,该方法能够与桥梁被动防撞系统构成更完整的系统,减少船撞桥概率及船撞桥损失。
There is limitation in present vessel traffic management system and passive anti-ship- collision device of the inland river bridge collision avoidance system. Based on complementarity of the infrared and visual camera after target detection, an active early-warning system for bridge piers against ship collision was designed. A Kalman algorithm for ship trajectory prediction based on fusion tracking was proposed. The result shows that this active early-warning system for bridge piers against ship collision combines the advantages of the infrared and visual camera, laser composite detection and multisouree data fusion algorithm. The active system combined with the passive warning system can better protect the bridge piers against ship collision, and reduce the probability of ship-bridge collision accidents.
