摘要
目的:探讨建立医疗机构中药煎药操作规范化的措施,避免煎药凭经验、操作随意的不规范行为。方法:结合自身情况,探讨中药煎煮操作规范对煎药室环境、煎药器具、煎药室电子处方系统、人员培训、质量监控等硬件、软件方面的要求。结果:硬件和软件的配备到位可保证中药煎煮规范化和中药煎剂质量,同时可节省人力、减少操作环节、降低工作强度。结论:笔者所在医院改进后的煎药室操作完全符合《医疗机构中药煎药室管理规范》,可为相关单位提供有益的经验借鉴。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the measures that establishment of standard TCM decoction in medical institutions, and to avoid non-standard decocting operation by experience casually. METHODS： According to their condition, the requirements of TCM decoction standard to decocting environment, decocting apparatus, electronic medical records system, regular staff training, quality control, hardware and software aspect were discussed. RESULTS： Hardware and software available could guarantee the standardization of decocting and quality of TCM decoction, at the same time saved human resources and reduced the number of operation links and working strength. CONCLUSION： The operation of decocting room in the hospital is in line with Criteria for TCM Decoction Room Management in Medical Institutions completely. It provides useful reference for related unit.
