摘要
目的:为制定稳定和提高中药饮片煎煮质量的措施和方法提供参考。方法:对我市24家基层医院煎药室存在的问题进行调查,分析影响煎出液质量因素的问题和缺陷。结果:煎药室房屋环境、设施设备、人员素质、操作规程、包装材料、质量与风险控制等都直接影响煎煮质量。结论:通过改善房屋环境,完善设施设备,加强人员培训,提高人员素质,严格操作规程,改进包装材料,重视质量与风险控制等,可以稳定和提高饮片煎煮质量。
OBJECTIVE: To formulate measures and methods to improve and maintain the quality of herbal slice decoction. METHODS: Investigate the problems of extrcting room in 24 primary hospitals of our city. The problems and defects that influence the quality of decoction were analyzed. RESULTS: The environment, facilities, personal quality, operation procedure, packaging materials, quality and risk control had an immediate influence to decoction. CONCLUSION: By improving the environment and fa- cilities, enhancing staff training and raising personal quality, strictly operating and improving packaging materials, attaching importance to quality and risk control, we can stabilize and improve the quality of herbal slice decoction.
