摘要
管理部门对建设项目传统的管理方式存在着资料传递时效性差和管理手段落后 ,人工数据处理量大、不能避免错误等问题 .为实现管理部门对建设项目动态变化的全面控制 ,适应其快速反应、科学决策等要求 ,研制开发了建设项目管理信息系统 .该系统由编译型数据库管理软件编写 ,采用含有远程终端服务器的 Netware计算机网络通讯技术使管理部门内部与分布于其他地区的建设项目单位实现互联 ,能适应建设项目野外工作以及建设项目增减变化的需要 .实践应用表明 :该系统的开发应用大大提高了管理部门对建设项目管理的效率和水平 ,降低了管理成本 。
There are many problems in the management of construction projects for administrations such as disable pass the information in time,bad manage measures,numerous manual work in data processing without avoiding any mistakes.We have developed the construction project management information system which realize complete control in developments of construction projects by administrations,it reacts quickly and makes decisions precisely.The program is compiled with database compiled language and network including a long distant Terminal Server.It makes the administrations themselves connect with other departments over the country.They also make fieldwork possible for engineers to manage construction project,and enable variations at amount of construction projects.The application indicates that this system has improved the efficiency and level greatly when the administrations manage the construction projects,reduced management costs.It has preferable economy benefit and social benefit.
