摘要
提出了基于可靠性分析的概率设计方法 ,并首次在水工设计方面进行了实例验算 ,证明用该方法进行防洪堤设计 ,不仅具有合理性 。
A probability design method is proposed based on reliability analysis, and a case study in hydraulic engineering is implemented first time, it is proved that this method is good in reasonability and feasibility.
