摘要
学生对专业认识不足、学习目标不明确、人才培养模式单一是电子信息专业人才培养中存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了在专业学习的初期,通过组织各种讲座和成立兴趣小组的方式对学生进行全面的引导和培养,让学生根据自己的兴趣爱好树立一个正确的学习观。最后简要说明了教师在人才培养过程中的重要性。
Main problems exsited in talent training mode of electronic information majors include that the students don＇t understand the majors and haven＇t clear study target,and the training mode is single.To solve these problems,this paper put forward orgnizing a variety of lectures and interest groups to guide and cultivate students comprehensively in the early stage of professional training,so that they can set up a correct view of learning according to their own interests.Finally the importance of teachers in talent training is explained briefly.
