摘要
用四川省中等职业教育发展的统计数据,对2006年到2009年以来的四川省中等职业的不同专业群中的师资现状进行实证分析。按照生师比20∶1的要求标准,揭示在这3年中四川省中等教育各个专业群中师资的缺口,而且根据师资的缺口对各个专业群中师资的需求进行分析。
This paper makes an empirical analysis on the current situation of the teaching staff of different profes- sional groups in Sichuan province over the period from 2006 to 2009 with the statistical data of development of secondary vocational education as samples. According to the requirement of student - teacher ratio in 20：1, this paper reveals the gap of the teaching staff in each professional group of the three years of Sichuan province, and analyzes the requirement of teaching staff nf different professional groups a based on the gap of the teaching staff.
