摘要
目的建立HPLC测定海蛇天麻酒中芍药苷含量的方法。方法固定相以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（23：77）为流动相;检测波长为230nm。结果该方法的线性范围为0.256~6.40μg（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为101.66%,RSD=3.79%（n=6）。结论本法准确、简便、精密度好、灵敏度高、重线性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。
OBEJCTIVE Establish a method using RP-HPLC for determination of the content of Paeoniflorin in Haishetianma Liquor.METHODS A Hypersil BDS C18 column（4.6×150mm,5μm） was used,the mobile phase was methanol-0.05mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate（23∶77）.The content was detected at a wavelength of 230nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear（r=0.9999） in the range of 0.256~6.40μg for Paeoniflorin,the average recovery was 101.66% and RSD% was 3.79%.CONCLUSION The method was accurate,simple,sensitive and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Haishetianma Liquor.
