摘要
为分析花生物理机械特性对脱壳设备脱壳性能的影响,优化脱壳工艺与优选设备参数,以四粒红、白沙花生为试验物料,对花生荚果的物理机械特性进行了详细测定与描述性统计分析,并开展了与花生机械脱壳相关的力学特性试验。结果表明:四粒红花生较白沙花生荚果外形规整,脱壳前需对白沙进行分级处理,主要影响设备参数选择的是果仁宽、厚尺寸;不同品种、受压部位、加载速率、含水率及硫酸预处理对花生荚果破壳力均有影响。
In order to analysis of the impact of peanut physical and mechanical properties on the performance of shelling equipment shelling,to optimize the parameters of the shelling process and optimization equipment,the test materials is Si-Lihong and Bai-Sha peanut,peanutphysical and mechanical properties are determined in detail and descriptive statistics analysis and carry out a test of mechanical properties ofpeanut mechanical shelling.The results show that the pod shape regularity of Si-Lihong peanut is better than the Bai-Sha peanut,there is aneed for the Bai-Sha peanut grading before shelling,nut width,and thickness size mainly affects the choice of device parameters;differentspecies,pressure position,loading rate,moisture content of peanut,and sulfuric acid pretreatment hold important implications for force ofpeanut shell-breaking.
