摘要
在分析传统带壳油料的脱壳设备与板栗脱壳去衣工艺技术及设备的基础上，结合锥栗果本身的特点，并考虑我国广大农村经济发展状况，研制出一种具有普及型的适于中、小批量生产的成套新鲜锥栗果脱壳工艺技术及设备。脱壳后的栗仁适于罐装保鲜。
Analyzed the traditional shelling equipment for hard-shell oil crops as well as the technique and equipment for shelling the castanea mollissonas shells and their membranes, connecting the characteristic of the castanea henryi with the economic development situation in most of the countryside in China. Based on this, a new shelling technique and equipment for the fresh castanea henryi was developed. The result of the research is to make the middle or small scale of this kind production be cheep and popular. Also the shelled castanea henryi pulps are fit for can preservation.
