摘要
随着专利申请数量的急剧增加,专利质量日益成为国际关注的热点。在分析国内外专利质量评价研究现状的基础上,指出我国在专利质量评价研究过程中存在的不足。在此基础上建立了适应于我国专利发展现状的单件发明专利质量评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法(AHP)计算了相应的权重,以期为高质量专利的筛选与优先培育提供科学的依据。
With the rapid increase of patent applications, patent quality has increasingly become the international hot issues. In this paper, the current research status of patent quality evaluation was first reviewed and the limitations in the evaluation of patent quality in China were pointed out too. Furthermore, the quality evaluation method for patent, which was adapted to the present status of our country, was established based on AHP. This study could help to select high quality patent from many patents.
