画图分析技术在人才测评中的应用

摘要画图分析技术是在心理投射基础上综合了绘画、群体访谈以及视觉图像内容分析技术的一种测评方法。本研究在介绍画图分析技术的起源与形成、特点与性质及其基本原理的基础上,探索其在人才测评领域中的应用,并以胜任力特征测评为例阐述了此项分析技术应用的具体步骤。
