摘要
目的:提炼绘画治疗的特色和学校心理咨询的需要,分析将绘画治疗的原理运用于学校心理咨询情境下的可能性与价值。方法:应用计算机在线检索ProQuest,EBSCO数据库1979/2005国外关于绘画治疗/疗法方面的文献,检索词为“arttherapy”,限定语种为English;另检索中国期刊全文数据库1979/2006的论文,检索词为“艺术治疗/疗法,绘画治疗/疗法,学校心理咨询”,限定语种为中文;查阅1966年以来相关的中英文出版书目(包括译著),尤其是最新的有关艺术/绘画治疗以及学校心理咨询的书籍;又搜索百度、Google等引擎搜索相关资料作为补充。对资料进行初审,浏览标题并阅读全文,纳入标准:涉及艺术治疗、绘画治疗或学校心理咨询。排除标准:英文原文无全文及与儿童青少年咨询毫无关系的。共收集到相关文献70篇,按上述标准纳入16篇,其余重复或无关文献被排除。对多年来国内外绘画治疗和学校心理咨询文献资料做一回顾。结果:①正向的、积极的并且充分尊重当事人感受的治疗取向应当是绘画治疗走入学校心理咨询的契合点之一,并且也可以为两者的整合研究拓宽视野。②绘画治疗是一种有效的心理治疗和咨询方法,尤其对儿童青少年学生更为明显。③绘画治疗的特色同学校心理咨询的需要本质上是一致的,绘画治疗的手段可以有效地运用于学校心理咨询情境中。④运用绘画治疗通常包括3个阶段,即:起始阶段、探索阶段、采取行动阶段。结论:绘画治疗可以补充言语会谈的不足,使学生在受到充分尊重的氛围中,暴露存在问题,并挖掘自身的强项。绘画治疗是综合价值较高的学校咨询或治疗手段,可以有很好的应用前景。
AIM: To abstract the characteristics of art therapy and the demands of school psychological counseling and to analyze the value and possibility of art therapy being implemented in the school setting. METHODS: The computer-besed online searches of ProQuest and EBSCO database were undertaken for overseas literatures about art therapy published in English between 1979 and 2005 with the key words of "art therapy". China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) was also searched for the articles between 1979 and 2006 with the key words of "art/arts therapy, drawing therapy, school counseling" in Chinese. Meanwhile, the author searched the concerned publication booklist since 1966 both in Chinese and English (English-Chinese version included), especially recent books on art/drawing therapy and school counseling. At last, certain data ware taken from Baidu and Google as complementarity. The data ware selected firstly and titles ware looked into and the full texts ware searched. Inclusive criteria: articles about art therapy, drawing therapy or school psychological counseling. Exclusive criteria: English original text without the full text and the articles irrelevant to students' consultation. A total of 70 literatures were collected, 16 of which met the inclusive criteria, and the rest that ware repetitive research or irrelevant literatures Were exclud .ed. A review of literatures of internal or external drawing therapy and school psychological counseling was done. RIESULTS: ①The positive and respectful approach to clients might be the very point through which art therapy came into school, which would widen the horizon of integration. ②Art therapy was an effective psychological treatment and counseling approach, especially for the young students. ③It had showed that the characteristics of art therapy.was essentially consistent with the demand of psychological counseling in school and the art approach could be effectively applied to the school setting.④Art therapy usually contained three stages: entry stage, exploration stage and action-taking stage. CONCLUSION: Art therapy compensates the limitations of talking cures, by which students can expose their problems and develop their strength in a respectful atmosphere. Art therapy is sure to.be a high-valued school counseling or treatment approach with a brilliant prospect.
