摘要
利用吸收光谱技术研究了掺铅溴化钾单晶中辐射致缺陷随x辐照剂量及锻烧温度的变化。作为对比,文中对纯KBr单晶在相同的实验条件下进行了平行的实验测量。
The effects of irradiation dose and annealing temperature on the defects induced by x-irradiation in KBr:Pb^(2+) single crystal have been studied in terms of optical absorption technique. For comparison, the results in pure KBr single crystal under the same experimental condition are also presented.
