摘要
地方产业发展与地方高校的关系是密切互动的。皖江示范区必须围绕产业承接发展重点,加快技术创新升级,强化技术创新要素支撑,促进产业承接与自主创新相融合。承接产业转移离不开地方高校知识、人才、技术等智力支持,地方高校应积极研究产业发展政策,推进改革,因势利导,顺势而为,积极参与示范区的承接产业转移建设项目,服务示范区的产业发展创新,在地方产业转移升级中承担相应职责,为区域经济社会发展做出更大的贡献。
The relationship between local industrial development and local universities is closely interactive. Wanjiang demonstration region should focus on the key development around the industrial acceptance, speed up the upgrade of technical innovation and enhance the support of technical innovation and promote the integration of industrial transfer and self-independent innovation. Undertaking industrial transfer is inseparable from intellectual support, like knowledge, talents and technology, from local universities, so local universities should actively study industrial development policy, promote the reform, and make the best use of the situation to participate in the construction projects of the industrial transfer, serve the industrial development and innovation, and shoulder the relevant responsibility in local industrial upgrade and make greater contribution to regional economic and social development..
